These terms govern access to and use of Metahouse AI Club. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using the platform, you accept these terms. Last updated: July 11, 2026.
Account, membership and access
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Sharing accounts, reselling access or allowing unauthorized people to use your account is not allowed.
Access to courses, videos, resources, tools, prompts, workflows and systems depends on the active plan, payment status, membership level and availability rules by date or membership age.
We may modify, reorganize, remove or add content and benefits to improve the platform. While your membership is active, you will have access to the available content according to your plan.
Payments, renewals and cancellations
Payments may be processed through external providers such as Wompi, PayPal or other enabled operators. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Prices may be displayed in COP or USD depending on the user experience, but the final charge depends on the provider, configured currency, taxes, fees and payment gateway rules.
You may cancel your membership when applicable according to the selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, access remains available until the end of the paid period. Payments for delivered digital content are not automatically refundable.
Permitted use and restrictions
Content is for personal, educational or internal authorized team use according to the plan. You may not copy, sell, publish, redistribute, mass download, scrape, train external models with our materials or build substitute products from Metahouse content.
You may not attempt to bypass memberships, access controls, video protections, usage limits, security systems, webhooks, APIs or availability rules.
You must not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, IP infringement, deceptive manipulation, harmful content generation or improper handling of sensitive data.
Intellectual property and generated content
Metahouse Studio retains ownership of the platform, brand, design, text, videos, lessons, tools, prompts, systems, methodologies and resources created by us.
Your own projects, files, prompts and work outputs remain yours, but you authorize us to process them when needed to provide the service or support.
AI-generated results may depend on third-party providers and we do not guarantee exclusivity, absolute originality, copyright registration or suitability for a specific use.
Third parties, availability and security
The platform may rely on external services such as Vercel, Railway, PostgreSQL, Payload CMS, Mux, Cloudinary, Wompi, PayPal, Resend, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Wainder and AI providers. Each provider may apply its own terms and policies.
We work to keep the platform secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors, compatibility with every device or specific business results.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, breach of terms, security risk, rejected payments, chargebacks or use that may affect Metahouse, users or providers.
Liability, changes and contact
The platform is offered for education and productivity. Users are responsible for validating results, complying with applicable laws and reviewing any professional, commercial or public use of what they learn or produce.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metahouse will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, decisions made based on content or third-party failures.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will try to communicate it through the platform or by email. Contact: metahousestudio@gmail.com.
