Data we may collect
Account and profile data: name, email, encrypted password, language, country, membership, access status and preferences.
Purchase data: selected plan, currency, payment reference, provider, transaction status and accounting records. Full card details are processed by the payment gateway, not by Metahouse.
Learning and activity data: active courses, lesson progress, video playback, downloaded resources, approximate time on platform, navigation events, technical errors and security-relevant actions.
How we use information
To create accounts, activate memberships, validate level-based access, display courses, save progress, deliver resources, process payments and respond to support requests.
To improve courses, measure performance, generate general analytics, detect errors, prevent abuse, protect the platform and comply with legal, accounting or security obligations.
To send transactional emails such as confirmations, password recovery, account notices, important changes or membership-related information.
Providers and transfers
We may share necessary data with providers for hosting, database, video, storage, payments, email, analytics, security and connected tools, including Vercel, Railway, PostgreSQL, Payload CMS, Mux, Cloudinary, Wompi, PayPal, Resend, Google Analytics and Meta.
Some providers may process information outside your country. We use these tools to operate the platform and aim to work with services that maintain reasonable security controls.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by a competent authority or when necessary to protect rights, security, payments, intellectual property or service continuity.
Cookies, analytics and marketing
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect access, measure platform usage and evaluate campaigns.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load according to the consent configuration available on the site. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the cookie notice.
If you block essential cookies, features such as login, checkout, protected playback or private resource access may not work correctly.
Retention, security and rights
We retain data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or maintain security records.
We apply reasonable security measures, including encrypted passwords, access controls, environment variables, admin permissions and specialized providers. No internet-connected system is completely infallible.
